As of Set 4 Converging Chasms, there are five different rarities within Exodus. Each rarity can be found in a variety of different ways, with the exception of Harmony Rares which can only be found as a case-topper for Set 4.
Common

Uncommon

Introduced in Set 1 Birth of Creation. Can be found in Starter Decks and Booster Packs. In Set 2 and Set 4, Uncommon cards may be pulled from Booster Packs as a foil card. When opening a Booster Box, you are guaranteed one random foil card as a box-topper - it is possible for this card to be Uncommon.
Rare

Introduced in Set 1 Birth of Creation. Can be found in Starter Decks and Booster Packs. With the exception of Promotional cards, Rares are always foil. When opening a Booster Box, you are guaranteed one random foil card as a box-topper - it is possible for this card to be Rare.
Secret Rare

Introduced in Set 2 Galaxy Tides. Can be found as a box-topper and within Booster Packs. Booster Boxes within Set 2 has Efil the Everlasting Empress as the box-topper. Booster Boxes within Set 4 has Grandaria, Forger of Songs as the box-topper.
